  1. How far in advance should I book my event?
    • The short answer: The sooner, the better. We recommend you book your event at least 12 to 18 months in advance.
  2. Who does the catering at Bella Blanca?
    • Our award-winning, full-time, in-house chef will provide you and your guests with a fine dining experience. He oversees all aspects of our state-of-the-art kitchen. In addition to freshly preparing all our meals using locally sourced ingredients, our catering operation also services a-list clients in exotic locations worldwide.   3.  What sets Bella Blanca apart from all the other banquet halls out there?
    • We have a beautiful, newly remodeled facility that houses the best in sound and lighting. Our food is truly 5 star and second to none. And we pride ourselves in our service. Just talk to anyone who’s been here… no one else even comes close!
  4. What is the recommended capacity?
    • We recommend 300 guests for our Regal Ballroom and up to 500 guests for our Crystal Room. Keep in mind, these are just recommendations. We can accommodate more guests if need be. Contact us… let’s talk.
  5. Is there a minimum guest count requirement?
    • Yes. For evening events, we require a minimum of 150 guests. We offer our location for daytime events, with minimum guest requirements of 100.
  6. Should I hire a wedding planner?
    • It is always a good idea to hire a wedding planner, but it can be costly. To make things easier for you, we offer our wedding planner at no additional cost to ensure that you will have a great time on your wedding day. He is not only as a great wedding planner, but a great event planner in general.
